We are currently looking for a SAP FICO Lead to join our team in Elk Grove Village, IL.Job Responsibilities: We seek an SAP Financials Lead to provide day-to-day leadership around SAP implementation project and related activities. Tasks include gathering requirements from implementation, technical support, and business leads/staffs, strategizing implementation plans, prioritizing and assigning work to team members, and executing projects. The role also requires interaction with a distributed team with on-shore and off-shore team members. Required Skills: Minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP implementations as the lead FICO expert and solid grasp of ASAP methodology Experienced in SAP applications management or maintenance, as well as scoping, requirements gathering/definition, configuration, testing, cutover and support. Designed and developed functional specifications for FICO implementations and integrations Knowledge of SAP Modules FI, CO, Treasury (Financial Supply Chain Management), Corporate Finance Management, Enterprise Controlling, Logistics (Integration with Legacy Purchasing and Receiving Systems), and BW Need team leadership or management experience with a good grasp of project and program management methods and tools Demonstrate system problem solving skills as a result of having solved complex business problems within or across functional areas in SAP Strong communication/interaction skills Desired Skills: CO-PPA, CO-PA, PS experience Process manufacturing knowledge/experience a plus Team leadership of a distributed team is preferred (India team leadership is a significant plus).
