Looking for a Business Project Manager / Analyst Candidate must have Mediacare background. Person needs to have some project management skills, self-motivated, self-directed, Medicare knowledgeable, Health Insurance knowledgeable, and analytical.- Lead cross-functional projects to drive process improvements - Manage and maintain the Group Retiree ancillary benefit offering for all markets - Liaise with the Ancillary Vendor Contract to manage and control the suppliers. - Develop product implementation project plans, tools and templates - Design and develop simple Group Retiree Product training materials - Develop and document operational policies and procedures. Ensure that process work-flows, roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, documented and communicated, and adequate controls exist to deliver accurate and efficient employer group and member services. - Research, evaluate and interpret data and/or business processes across divisions and departments. - Develop and represent recommendations and alternatives for management and executive review. Estimated Duration: 2 Month Additional Information: Candidate must be comfortable with Excel and Word. Access experience is desired. Basic Health Care benefit knowledge is desired.
