Position Type: Contract

The assignment is for a duration of 4 to 6 weeks. The consultant will work from our client¿s headquarters office in Pittsburgh, PA and support a global user community. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP experience in the FI/CO module, including production support is required. Must have a good understanding of processes within the finance and accounting functional areas and have experience supporting a manufacturing-type business. Should have experience with an international implementation and familiar with foreign currency issues. Experience with European processes desirable. Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must possess strong team skills with design responsibilities to support ABAP development of reports, forms, interfaces, data loading, user exits, etc. Collaboration with other functional leads in solving cross-functional problems is a must. Requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Must be highly responsive to customer needs and interact at all levels of organization from end-user to senior leader. Must have the ability to develop and maintain process documentation, technical documentation, and end-user training materials. May require development and execution of regression testing scenarios for several accounting processes.
