Opening for a Meditech Implementation Specialist to join our Meditech Solutions Center Team. We prefer candidates located near Bakersfield, CA; however, this position may be home based anywhere in the continental United States. Up to 75% travel may be required. Job Responsibilities As part of a team, you will provide expert guidance for the analysis design and implementation of Meditech clinical applications, including ORM (Operating Room Management) Review customer requirements; perform analysis, design and documentation of current state and future state workflows Provide expert guidance and assistance in the design and development of system parameters and dictionaries Develop test plans and coordinate testing Maintain regular communications regarding project issues, risks, and needs with client, vendor, and Client leadership and team members Required Skills Experience implementing Meditech applications, including ORM Operating Room Management Extensive experience with preference cards and supply management A minimum of 3 years of Healthcare IT experience Excellent customer interaction skills Desired Skills In-depth knowledge of hospital operations The Registered Nurse RN, LPN, or other clinical certification Project management skills Process re-design experience in hospital based clinical operations Duration: 6 Month
